Thodupuzha: Actor Mohanlal on Thursday inaugurated the Aashirvad Cineplex, a project jointly developed by the mega star himself along with producer Antony Perumbavoor. Blockbuster movies, Drishyam, Narasimham, Loham, Sagar alias Jacky were screened thereafter after the event.
Rajinikanth-starrer Kabali will be exhibited on July 22 as the inaugural film at the cineplex. The theaters at the complex are arranged in 4k dolby atmos sound effect system. The cineplex also boasts of other facilities like shopping complex, food court, among others.
The film shows at complex will start at 9.30 am will run late into the night.
P.J. Joseph MLA, fimmakers Joshy, B. Unnikrishnan, Vaisakh, Roshan Andrews, Major Ravi, actor Idavela Babu and personalities from film fraternity attended the function.
Mohanlal and Antony Perumbavoor had arrived at the venue with family members.
