Sheril G. Kadavan and Anna George are now household names after their meteoric rise to fame by their dance video on the song 'Jimikki Kammal' from Lal Jose film, Velipadinte Pusthakam. The hit duo now followed their dance steps before the camera for a Tamil film starring Suriya.

The two appeared in a dance sequence of the film Thana Serntha Koottam for foot-tapping song, 'Sodak mele...' composed by Anirudh. Thana Serntha Kootam is being directed by Vighnesh Sivan who is wielding the megaphone after the blockbuster film, Naanum Rowdi Thaan.

The making video of the song was posted on actor Suriya's Twitter page as a birthday compliment for the music director Anirudh.

There were reports earlier, which had said that the Sheril, a faculty member with the Indian School of Commerce in Kochi, was offered a role in a Vijay film and that she had rejected it.

The two teachers had shot to fame after their 'Jimikki Kammal' video had gone viral on YouTube and blazed a trail of similar videos across the nation and even beyond.

The college authorities has since announced that the remuneration generated by the video on social media would be used for charity purposes.
