Reshma Anna Rajan during FB live (L)Malayalam actress Anna Rajan stole the hearts of movie buffs after her charming role 'Lichy' from Angamaly Diaries. The actress later got a big break after she was chosen as the female lead opposite Mohanlal in Velipadinte Pusthakam. However, during a promotional event of the movie in a TV channel, the actress landed in trouble for her comment about megastar Mammootty.
Although Anna made her comment jokingly, her words were taken in the wrong sense and in no time she faced the wrath of Mammootty and Dulquer Salman fans.

By Monday evening, the actress was forced came up with an explanation on Facebook live and was left in tears.
Anna stated that for the interview, she was asked if she wanted to be paired opposite Mammootty or Dulquer Salmaan. She jokingly replied let Dulquer play the lead and let Mammootty do the role of his father and if Mammootty is doing the main role Dulquer can do his father's role.
Apologizing to fans of both the stars, she said she did not intend to insult anyone and rather her statements were twisted by media.
