New Delhi: Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad on Friday launched its Note 3 Lite at a price tag of Rs.6,999 here.
The latest-released device, the next edition of the company's widely-popular fingerprint smartphone Coolpad Note 3, would be exclusively available on Amazon.in.
Li Bin, Chief Executive of the Coolpad Group said he was committed to producing products in India under the "Make in India" programme.
"We are proud to announce that, by the first quarter of 2016, we will start manufacturing Coolpad Note 3 from Videocon's Aurangabad factory. Our target is to produce 1 million "Made in India" Coolpad phones," said Li Bin.
Coolpad Note 3 Lite will be available in champagne white and black variants.
