Calicut FC substitute Rafael dos Santos scored a dramatic winner in added time against Forca Kochi in Super League Kerala at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on Sunday.

Santos unleashed a screamer on 90+5 minutes to send Calicut three points clear at the top of the points table with 16 points from eight matches. Calicut, the only unbeaten side in the six-team league, have sealed their spot in the semifinals.

The home side had dominated possession and threatened Calicut's goal, led by their forward Dorielton, but goalkeeper Vishal stood tall, making crucial saves.

Jijo returned to captain Calicut, but the visitors struggled to break Kochi's defence. The story was different in the second half, which was more end-to-end. But it was Calicut that managed to make the difference.

Result: Forca Kochi 0 lost to Calicut FC 1 (Rafael dos Santos 90+5)
