Kochi: Solar scam accused Saritha S. Nair on Tuesday said she would hand over the evidence material of the sexual abuse she had to suffer in connection with the case in a sealed cover to the Justice Sivarajan Commission probing the scam.
Along with this, she said, she would submit evidence including a CD and pen drive in support of her allegations. Saritha said the matters cannot be discussed in an open court.
Justice(Rtd) Sivarajan directed her to hand over the evidence on Thursday. The commission made it clear that Saritha's note will not be publicised but the allegations will be discussed with the persons concerned. Based on the accused's claims, Saritha will be cross-examined, the commission said.
Saritha's deposition before the commission continued on Tuesday also.

Saritha told the commission that she had called Power Minister Aryadan Mohammed several times and he had recommended to many persons for Team Solar company.
Reiterating the bribery charges against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, she said he had promised to help her materialise the solar plant project at Palakkad Kinfra park and windmill project at Kailasappara in Idukki.

However, Saritha said she had no knowledge of her co-accused Biju Radhakrishnan's statement that he had paid Rs5.5 crore as bribe to Oommen Chandy and his personal staff and Rs 25 lakh to MP K.C. Venugopal.
Saritha S. Nair continued her offensive against the UDF government, saying she had given money to Congress MLAs Benny Behanan and P.C. Vishnunath.
Saritha said she had donated Rs 5 lakh to Benny Behanan for Congress party fund in 2011. P.C. Vishnunath was given Rs. 2 lakh on the pretext of Manavika Yathra in 2012, she added.
Have donated money to umpteen politicians. But I've not kept any record for all that, she said.
Saritha said that she will tell confidential matters only in camera sitting. However, she refused to publicise the letter written while in jail. When the commission asked if she objected to handing over the letter in a sealed cover, she said that she will reply after consulting with her lawyer.
