Kochi: Deposing before the solar scam commission headed by Justice G. Sivarajan, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Monday said that the Solar panel deals and the scam triggered by them had incurred no loss to the State exchequer.

Meanwhile, the Kerala High Court had stayed the Solar Commission order to produce before it the controversial letter possessed by Saritha S. Nair.
