Easy vegetable fried rice

Vegetable fried rice is a tasty and healthy option for lunch and dinner plans. Let's check out how to make easy vegetable fried rice. 

Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
3 tbsp sunflower oil
4 cup of water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
¼ cup finely chopped beans
¼ cup finely chopped carrot
¼ cup finely chopped cabbage
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
¼ cup finely chopped spring onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste

Preparation
Rinse 1 cup of basmati rice and soak it for half an hour
Boil 4 cups of water in a bowl and add salt. When the water is boiled, add soaked rice to it
Boil it in a high flame. When it is boiled, reduce the heat and cover the top, and cook it for another four minutes
Drain the water and allow it to cool off by spreading the rice on a flat surface
Heat a pot with a thick bottom on high flame. Add 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
When the oil is hot add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic to it and stir well
Then add ¼ cup chopped carrot, ¼ cup chopped cabbage, ¼ cup chopped capsicum, ¼ cup chopped spring onion and salt to taste and stir well
Make sure the heat is on high flame at this time
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and ½ tsp sugar to it and stir lightly
Add rice and mix well without breaking the rice
Finally, add ¼ cup chopped spring onion and mix. Delicious vegetable fried rice is ready.
