The Mascot Hotel is all set to serve some of the mouth watering chicken varieties at the pavilion 'Kokarakko' which would be opened at their evening restaurant from 19-13 September 2018. This festival would be the perfect event for food lovers to try out both local and international varieties of chicken dishes.
The mega chicken fest will take place at the open restaurant of the elegant Mascot Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram.
The Wayanadan Kanthari (bird eye chilli) chicken, spicy Attapadi Vanasundari chicken loaded with flavours, Chenkotta border chicken coated with pepper and shallots, Payyoli fried chicken, Kozhi pirattu which is one of the most authentic southern Kerala specialities, Kolhapuri Kombidi, Nilgiri chicken kuruma and kunukitta kozhi are some of the finger licking chicken varieties that await foodies from all over. Besides, the chefs at the evening restaurant in Mascot Hotel would be serving their signature dish 'chicken kalippu' as well. The delicious aroma of local spices and unique foreign ingredients wafting from 'kokarakko' is sure to draw hundreds of food lovers from all over.
'Kokarakko' would be a rare opportunity for chicken lovers to relish foreign dishes like Goan Galeena Gafriel, Jamaican chicken jerk, and Indonesian chicken satay. The jumbo kokarakko platter, which includes chicken satay, vanasundari, jerky chicken, and neypathal, authentic Malabari flat bread, would be the main attraction of the week-long festival.
