The 1997 Malayalam flick Lelam was one of the best movies of Suresh Gopi. The actor's portrayal of Aanakkattil Chackochi had won him both accolades and fans.
And now it seems, the actor, who was recently nominated as a Rajya Sabha MP, is all set to return to the silver screen with a sequel of the same movie. Tentatively titled as Lelam 2, the movie is reportedly scripted by Renji Panicker and interestingly will have his son Nithin Renji Panicker as the director.
According to reports, the movie is expected to start rolling by 2017.
Well, we wait for an official confirmation.
