No, it isn't a glam pic; the actress was caught on camera crying inconsolably at the IIFA Utsavam award event which took place in Hyderabad recently.
Photos of Charmy crying have been doing the rounds on social networking platforms. Shriya Saran was seen trying to console Charmi.
We do not know the exact reason behind her emotional outbreak at this point but the talk is that Charmi was upset with an incident at the awards event.
