Eligibility
1) The applicant should hold a valid passport
2) Must be between 18 and 30 years of age
3) Must be outside Australia while applying for the visa
4) Should not be accompanied by dependents

As per the revised visa policy of Australia, travellers from India, China and Vietnam can apply for the Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) under a ballot system, whereby the process is random and automated, in 2024-25.
