Kollam: PDP chairman Abdul Nasser Madani, an accused in Bengaluru serial blasts case, will return to Bengaluru jail on Wednesday.
The NIA court had permitted Madani, 31st accused in the serial blasts case, to visit his ailing mother in Kerala. The court had given permission to stay in Kerala till May 11. However, due to Assembly elections coming up in Karnataka, the Bengaluru police have asked him to return on May 9 itself.
On Wednesday, Madani will leave for Nedumbassery airport by road after attending a prayer at around 2 pm. He will leave for Bengaluru on the Air Asia flight departing at 10.30 pm.
Madani had visited Kerala on four previous occasions between 2013 and 2017.
