Ingredients
3 ripe big bananas
½ cup jaggery
¼ cup water
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
Grated coconut as required
Salt as required
2 tbsp ghee
Preparation
Remove the black seeds and cut the bananas into small pieces
Mash them well in a mixer jar without adding water
Add the banana pulp into a hot pan
Melt the jaggery by adding ¼ cup water
Add this jaggery syrup into the mashed bananas
Mix well
Into it add ghee and cook well
Now add the cardamom powder
Mix well and set it aside
Meanwhile, mix the all-purpose flour with salt and milk in another bowl
Add enough water to mix a pancake batter
Prepare pancakes using this batter
Place a spoon full of banana mix in the centre of the pancake Sprinkle some grated coconut on top
Now roll the pancakes with the filling and cook for some more time
Enjoy as rolls or cut them further into smaller pancake rings.
