Singer MG Sreekumar enjoys cooking as much as he loves singing. In a video posted on Youtube, he prepares a special mutton curry, which he says is a tried and tested recipe.

Ingredients
1 kg mutton
Curry leaves as required
10 green chillies
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 cup long beans
3 onions
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt as required
1 cup coconut milk
Preparation
Into a pressure cooker add the mutton pieces, onions, long beans, carrot, potatoes, curry leaves and salt as required
Smash the ingredients using a wooden spoon
Now add the green chillies and ginger-garlic paste
Mix well
Pour enough water and keep aside for 10 minutes
Pressure cook the ingredients until 6 whistles
Open the pressure cooker after the steam is completely let off
Add 1 cup coconut milk
Mix well
Take the curry off the flame before the gravy begins to boil.
