Ingredients
4 tsp arrowroot powder
½ liter milk (chilled)
Sugar as required
Cardamom powder as required
Milk of half coconut (chilled)
Couscous as required

Preparation
Boil the arrowroot powder with half glass water until it is thickened 
After the arrowroot mixture has cooled down, add this into a mixer jar along with half of the coconut milk
Blend in short pulses
Transfer this into another bowl
Now add chilled milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and rest of the coconut milk
Mix well
Transfer into serving glasses and top it off with couscous.
