Ingredients
500 gm black seedless grapes
300 gm refined sugar
200 ml water
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Add cleaned grapes and water to a pressure cooker
Add sugar and stir once
Cook it on medium heat
Wait till the whistle blows five times
Open the lid to see the grape-peels having dissolved in the caramel solvent
Pour the pulp into a bowl
Smash it well
Add some salt
Serve chilled
Keep it refrigerated
Serve chilled after adding water as required
