Kuwait City: In a move that will bring smiles on many faces, the expatriates from foreign countries working mainly in the health and education sectors in Kuwait are allowed to take their dependents to the Gulf country on a visiting visa. But only those who meet the required yardsticks set by the Kuwait Government will be allowed to fly on visiting visas.
