Kottayam: Kalyan Developers has completed the on-time delivery of their fifth project, ‘Kalyan Sanctuare’, here. The keys were handed over in a private ceremony held at the property. The ceremony was presided by Jacob Mathew, Managing Editor of Malayala Manorama, and Sheebha Punnen, councilor, Devalokam ward.
The luxury project is located at Kanjikuzhy on the Devalokam-Kollad Road opposite Kottayam Club. It is just 500 metres from the Kanjikuzhy Junction and Mount Carmel School. The project won the 2018 award for Best Project Non-Metro by Realty Plus magazine.
