The doctor-couple, desired a spacious interior for their new contemporary home, having lived in apartments for years. Thus, when the house was being built in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, they ensured their plans were being executed perfectly well. The house now features a flat-box design to complement its rectangular plot.

Large, grill-less glass windows, made with sturdy sandwich glass for safety, flood the interiors with natural light and fresh air. Spanning 4500 sqft, this beautiful mansion encompasses a sit-out, formal and family living areas, a dining space, a kitchen with a work area, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. The upper floor houses a study area and another bedroom.

Given their busy schedules as healthcare professionals, the owners opted for low-maintenance interiors. Courtyards, which require extensive upkeep, were intentionally excluded from the interior. Instead, they chose to have beautiful, green courtyards outside. The interiors are adorned with custom-made furniture, and the living area wall is accentuated with stunning texture work.

A highlight of the house is the spacious hall that seamlessly blends the living and dining areas. The double-height ceiling amplifies the feeling of spaciousness, while a glass bridge above the dining area adds a touch of elegance. A stylish staircase, crafted from wood and glass, features a built-in sitting space and wash area underneath.
