Nasar is an expatriate and he along with his family recently moved into their brand-new luxury home at Tirurangadi in Malappuram, Kerala. The house that looks exuberant from the outside has interiors that stand out for its minimalism.

The landscape surrounding the house that stands in 19 cents has been beautifully designed. Tiles and cobble-stoned are paved in the front yard to grant a cleaner look. Meanwhile, the car porch is built using GI rafters and toughened glass ceiling.

Designed in 5300 sqft, this grand mansion has a sit-out, formal and family living areas, dining space, courtyard, kitchen with a work area, four bedrooms, upper living area and a swimming pool too.

The interiors are furnished with elements of tropical designs and modern facilities. The sit-out with a double-height ceiling exudes the scintillating ambience of a luxurious resort. Meanwhile, this space makes the structure look incredibly vaster. The waterbody in the sit-out and the spacious lobby-like sitting space grant a cosy ambience. The full-length jali walls add a touch of rustic elegance here.

The semi-open spaces in the interiors seem interconnected. The wooden flooring in the formal living area looks classy. The custom-made furniture sets with fabric finish elevates the chic ambience of the formal living area. Meanwhile, there is a TV unit in the family living area. Fabric-finished sofa and wooden furniture pieces could be seen here too.

The dining area and the kitchen are done in the open theme. The marble dining table top looks sleek and elegant. The crockery unit here has lots of storage units. The wash area with double wash basins and a designer mirror is the highlight here. The bedrooms look unique as they have been designed in different themes. The bath-attached bedrooms have wardrobes for storage as well as separate dressing spaces.

Interestingly, the skylight courtyard in the kitchen is a unique feature that isn’t usually seen in homes. This lights up the kitchen area in bright and warm natural sunshine. Meanwhile, the cabinets are done in multi wood finish. The quartz-paved countertop is sleek and spacious. Besides, there is a quaint breakfast counter that separates the kitchen and the dining area.

The staircase leads to a well-furnished upper living area. The pool area is built separately using GI rafters and a toughened glass ceiling, to ensure privacy. Besides, the family relies on cleaner energy as a solar plant has been installed atop the roof. The house mostly runs on the energy produced like this. The family is delighted that they got the luxurious mansion of their dreams.
