Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes (boiled)
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup carrot
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt as required
Oil to fry
Preparation
Into mashed potatoes add carrot, bell pepper, onion, mozzarella cheese and coriander powder
Mix well
Make small balls from the mixture
Roll them in bread crumbs
Fry the balls in hot oil
Enjoy tasty and crunchy veg balls with tomato ketchup.
