Here is how to prepare the mouth-watering cauliflower roast that can be an alternative to chicken roast.

Ingredients
1 cauliflower
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Salt as required
½ cup corn flour
Oil to fry
4 big onions
4 green chilies
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 big tomato
1 tbsp tomato sauce
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into florets
Boil water in a big vessel
Add the cauliflower florets and turmeric powder when the water boils rapidly. Strain after a few minutes
Marinate the florets with 1 tsp chili powder, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and corn flour
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated cauliflower
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp of this oil in another pan
Sauté the onions and green chilies
Lower the flame when the onions are nicely sauteed
Now add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders is gone
Into it add tomato, half cup water and salt as required
Add the fried cauliflower when the tomato is nice and mushy
Mix the florets well in the masala
Add tomato sauce
Give everything a good mix
Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves
