Ingredients
3 pieces dried turmeric
A palm full of mint leaves
300 gms wheat flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp dried ginger powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
120 gms butter
60 gms brown sugar
80 gms honey
1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
Powder the dried ginger and mint leaves in a mixer jar
Mix butter and brown sugar in a bowl
Add lemon juice and honey into it
Now, sift the wheat flour, salt, cinnamon powder, dried ginger powder and cardamom powder into the wet ingredients
Add the dried turmeric-mint leaves powder too
Mix it into soft dough
Add 1-2 tbsp water, if required, while mixing
Place the dough on a butter paper
Roll it into a sheet
Now, cut the biscuits using a cookie cutter
Place the biscuits on a baking tray that is lined with butter paper
Preheat the oven at 150 degree Celsius
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Allow the biscuits to rest for 10 minutes before taking it off the baking tray
