Ingredients
200 gm or 1 cup rice flour
3 shallots
¼ tsp cumin
1 small cup or 4 tbsp grated coconut
¼ tsp black sesame seeds
¼ tsp butter
Salt as required
Oil to fry
Boiled water
Preparation
Crush the grated coconut with cumin and shallots in a mixer jar
Take the rice flour, crushed coconut mix, black sesame seeds and salt in a bowl
Mix well
Pour the boiled water slowly and mix into soft dough
Make small balls and roll them into thick sheets
Cut smaller disks of dough from the sheet
Heat oil in a pan
Fry the disks on low flame until both sides are nice and golden
Enjoy with spicy non vegetarian curries.
