This evening snack is crunchy, delicious, and filling as well. Here is the recipe for semolina and potato snack that can be served with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
Ingredients
2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp crushed chilli
½ cup semolina (powdered)
1 cup pathiri powder
Coriander leaves as required
½ tbsp oil
½ cup water
Salt as required
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Oil to fry
Preparation
Heat oil and sauté garlic and crushed chillies
Pour enough water and salt
Add semolina and cook
Allow the cooked semolina mixture to cool down
Add this into the mashed potatoes
Now add the pathiri powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves as well
Mix well into soft dough
Cut into disks
Deep fry in hot oil.
