Healthy banana-beetroot smoothie

Banana and beetroot smoothie is a healthy drink that is delicious and filling as well. Here is how you could easily prepare the smoothie.

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 banana (robusta)
2 -3 small pieces beetroot (cooked)
1 tbsp sugar
2 -3 chopped almonds

Preparation
Into a blender add the banana, cooked beetroot, sugar and milk
Blend well
Pour this into the serving glass.
Garnish with chopped almonds.
