Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

Who doesn't love a good old chocochip cookie but what if we add the goodness of peanut butter to it? Try this cookie recipe with your kids or partner and enjoy the delicious end product.

Ingredients
315 gm flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
225 gm butter
370 gm peanut butter
160 gm brown sugar
160 gm castor sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
320 gm chocolate chips

Preparation
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add vanilla extract and eggs and beat well
Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl and add it to the egg mix. Add the salt and mix
Stir in the chocolate chips
Refrigerate the dough
Form dough balls with a spoonful of peanut butter in each ball in the centre
Bake at 180 °C for 12 minutes.
