Fistful of mint leaves
150 gm gram flour (besan)
Chilli powder salt and asafoetida, as required
A pinch of ajwain (ayamodakam)
Oil

Preparation
In a bowl, mix mint leaves, gram flour, chilli powder, asafoetida, ajwain and salt with a little bit of water
Mix well and make it into a dough
Heat oil in a pan
Make the dough into small balls and deep fry in the hot oil
