Kebab or korma, mutton is the best meat to have for dinner during chilly months. Pair it with some rice pathiri to make a wholesome meal

Ingredients
500 gm mutton
250 gm rice flour
150 ml coconut milk
3 onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies
2 tomatoes
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp pepper powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil

Preparation
For meat
Saute onions, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper, fennel powder and salt
Add mutton to it and mix well
Cook with water required
Boil once again with curry leaves, coriander leaves and coconut milk
For pathiris
Mix rice flour with warm water, knead the mix and make small pathiris
Serve pathiris with mutton korma
