Unique cake flavours in the world
Tomato soup cake: Tomato soup is an odd ingredient for a cake. But it is supposed to be spicy and sweet. Condensed tomato soup is the main ingredient along with butter, cinnamon, sugar, clovers, raisins and flour.
Banana and bacon muffins: The salty, smoky flavour and crunchiness of the bacon goes so well with the soft, sweet muffin. Other ingredients include banana, brown sugar, maple syrup, yogurt, and milk.
Olive oil cake: Watching your weight? Go ahead and swap the butter in your cake with olive oil. It may seem weird at first, but you will love the delicious and moist cake.
Rosemary orange & olive oil cupcake: This cupcake gives another savory twist to the classic sweet cupcake we enjoy eating. Rosemary, orange juice, and olive oil are infused in the cupcake batter. The olive oil makes the mixture smooth and silky, which gives an excellent result once baked. Then the cupcake is drizzled with orange glaze and sprinkled with a rosemary sprig to provide you with that savoury-sweet combination of flavour. You can add whatever frosting you think works best for this flavour.
Baklava cupcakes: The sponge cake is made with buttermilk and honey, with baklava filling and topped with cinnamon buttercream and filo puff. This is a sweet yet light flavour that you will surely enjoy.
Tahini cake: Tahini brings a deep, nutty flavour to bakes without actually using nuts. It introduces welcome savoury notes to this cake, which are balanced out by the sweet coffee caramel and cream cheese icing.
