Speculations about Nayantara and director Vignesh Sivan's alleged dating has been doing the rounds from quite some time now.
Although Vignesh had earlier denied about their relationship, a latest photo of the couple have sufaced online raising eyebrows for fans and well wishers.
It seems that the duo had celebrated Nayanthara's 31st birthday in Rome together.
According to reports, Vignesh wanted to make the day special for Nayan and planned an elaborate trip in Rome.
Sources also suggest that the couple will be travelling together to Venice, Naples and Milan before returning back to India.
