The executive committee of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) met after the election of new representatives.
AMMA president Mohanlal told media persons that the meeting with the newly elected executive committee members was the first one after the elections and that no other issues were discussed at the meeting.
Jayasurya, Vijay Babu, Lal, Tiny Tom, Unni Mukundan, Siddique, Idavela Babu, Shweta Menon, Lena, Surabhi Lakshmi, Manju Pilla among others attended the meeting.
The AMMA executive met soon after the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC) submitted a memorandum before the women's commission with the demand to set up an internal complaint committee in the Malayalam film industry.
