The Manorama Quiz (MQ) Challenge for readers begins at 8:55pm on Tuesday. To be held at the same time every day, the quiz is available on ‘Malayala Manorama’ app.
There will be 10 questions based on the reports published in the newspaper of the day. Ten seconds are given to answer each question and every correct response earns 10 points. Ten contestants winning the maximum number of points within the shortest time will win a prize of Rs 1,000 each every day.
The quiz takes only three minutes and there is no waiting period. No draw of lots is held to identify winners and the result will be known immediately.
Readers taking part in the quiz on all days stand the chance to win additional prizes. Five contestants scoring the highest number of points during a month will be awarded a mega prize of Rs 5,000 each.
MQ carries total prizes worth Rs 3.25 lakh a month. The MQ Challenge will take place on all days, except when ‘Malayala Manorama’ newspaper is not published.

Malayala Manorama app can be downloaded from Google Playstore and Apple App Store. If the app already exists in your phone, it needs to be updated.
Click on the MQ banner on the Home page of the app and login by providing the e-mail ID and a phone number based in India to participate in the quiz.
Contestants can login through Facebook or Manorama Online accounts also. The contest is limited to India.
