A video of a snake found in the AC compartment of the Jabalpur—Mumbai Garib Rath Express (12178) is going viral online. The snake was found in AC coach G17, and the passengers were safely relocated to another coach after sealing off the other compartment. The snake was hanging from the handle of the train's upper coach. The railway hasn't responded to the incident yet.
Indian railways has recently experienced several incidents of snake spotting inside trains and stations. Just a few days ago, a video of a 6-foot-long snake inside the Rishikesh Railway Station went viral.

A few months ago, a similar incident was reported on the Guruvayur—Madurai train, where a man was bitten by a snake on the moving train. A snake was also spotted in the Gorakhpur—Bandra Express in July this year, which led to panic among passengers.
