Abu Dhabi: Air Arabia has partnered with Morafiq to launch a home check-in facility in Abu Dhabi. This service offers customers the convenience of checking in their luggage and collecting their boarding passes from the comfort of their homes. The home check-in service has been introduced to reduce long queues in front of the airport counter and easily manage baggage. The passenger who gets the boarding pass at home can directly go to the emigration at the airport. They need not wait in the long queue in front of the check-in counter.
Morafiq, a leading firm in innovative airport services, offers Air Arabia's home check-in services. Air Arabia CEO Adil Ali said that the airline had launched this service to provide the best travelling experience for customers. Home check-in service could be booked using Morafiq’s app/website, Air Arabia’s website, or the customer service centre. Customers could hand over their baggage to the Morafiq staff, who comes home on a specific date. The service costs 185 – 400 dirhams, depending upon the number of luggage.
