Shymbulak stands as Central Asia's premier ski destination, nestled 2,200 metres above sea level atop the Medeu Valley in the Zallisky Alatau mountain ranges. The resort experiences heavy snowfall from November to May. Featuring three ski lifts, including one at 3,200 metres, the resort offers not only thrilling skiing experiences but also a hotel situated at this height, catering to enthusiasts who prefer nighttime accommodation. For snowboarding enthusiasts, there's a dedicated snow park to add to the winter adventure.
