Actress Kaniha often shares stunning pictures from her foreign and domestic trips with her followers, and the latest clicks she has shared are from Istanbul in Turkey.
It looks like the 'Bro Daddy' actress is exploring Istanbul, and she checked out the Grand Mosque in the city. Wearing a blue touristy long frock, the actress looked ethereal in the picture as her dress matched the shades of the sky and the blue waters in the pool behind her. “Learing history, absorbin the energy... Being a tourist in Istanbul! (sic),” she wrote, captioning the photo.
The Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, which the actress visited, is one of the most significant historical spots of Turkey. It is one of the most-visited tourist attractions of the country too. Before being converted into a mosque in 2020, it was a church, since 1934 and it has served both as a cathedral, museum and mosque at different points in history in the previous centuries. The place is also known for its Byzantine architecture and the tumultuous historical events it had to pass through, ever since its construction.
A few days ago, it was reported that Turkey - which has many pristine beaches and adventurous excursion options - alongside an active nightlife and cruise experiences, won the third spot in the number of Blue Flag beaches. The country now stands third behind Spain and Greece with the number of beaches with this tag, awarded by the Foundation of the Environment Education for meeting a set of standards.
