Malayalam actor Nyla Usha is on cloud nine as she is on her maiden solo trip. Nyla, who is also an RJ and TV host, is ecstatic about travelling alone to Istanbul, a prominent city in Turkey. The thrill of her solo travel has spilt over to social media too as Nyla has posted some breathtaking snaps of the Istanbul trip on Instagram. The actress loves to dig deep into the history and culture of a particular place and soak in its beauty.

Travelling opens a vista of opportunities to know about a place and its people. As Nyla is an avid traveller, she meticulously plans a vacay every year without fail.

In a conversation with ‘Onmanorama’, the actress reveals that she loves to travel with family members and friends.

The popular RJ has shared pictures of the first day of her memorable tour to Istanbul. The uniqueness of this beautiful Turkish city is that it is the meeting point of two different continents.

The charm of a city is not defined by the monuments or memorials, but by people who live life to the fullest. The residents of Istanbul have equal regard for tradition and modernity and give due importance to human relationships. Without a doubt, there is a touch of distinctiveness to the cuisine, mosques, dance forms and shopping streets of the metropolis.

Nyla, who is the brand ambassador of Dubai Tourism, had planned many tours and numerous programmes in Dubai in 2020, but a majority of the plans had to be shelved due to the spread of coronavirus. A tourism-related Turkey tour was also on the cards but it also had to be cancelled because of the pandemic, she says.
