Paris: India beat Great Britain 4-2 in a shootout in the first quarterfinal of the men's hockey at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Goalkeeper P R Sreejsh was the hero for India after they lost Amit Rohidas early in the second quarter.
It ended 1-1 in regulation time, with Sreejsh pulling off numerous saves.
India will meet Germany or Argentina in Tuesday's semifinal.
