Gokulam Kerala FC have announced that women football fans will be given free entry to the EMS Corporation Stadium for their I-League match against Churchill Brothers on Saturday.
After three rounds, Gokulam are unbeaten in the I-League, the second division in men's football, behind the Indian Super League, in which Kerala Blasters compete.
After opening the season with a 3-2 comeback win over Sreenidi Deccan in Hyderabad, Gokulam drew with Real Kashmir in Srinagar and Aizawl FC at home, with both matches ending 1-1.
Their guests, Churchill, are coming to Kozhikode on the back of a thrilling 3-1 win over SC Bengaluru. They began the season with a 2-2 draw to Shillong Lajong, before losing 2-1 to Sreenidi.
Gokulam Head Coach Antonio Rueda will be up against his former employers. Spaniard Rueda thanked Churchill for bringing him to Indian football. He said though he is grateful to the Goan side, he will be looking to get Gokulam their second win of the campaign. The match will kick-off at 7 pm.
