Thrissur Magic ended their campaign in the inaugural season of Super League Kerala with a 0-1 defeat to Forca Kochi at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kochi on Tuesday.
Dorielton scored the solitary goal in the 81st minute as Forca, having already sealed their semifinal spot, warmed up for the knockouts with a timely win. Forca ended the match with ten players as substitute Asif Kottayil was sent off in the dying moments.
Forca manager Mario Lemos had given the captain's armband to Arjun Jayaraj and included Siyanda in the starting XI.
Dorielton's goal has placed him in pole position for the golden boot as he leads the table with five goals.
