Thrissur Magic's poor run in Super League Kerala continued on Friday with a 2-0 defeat to Thiruvananthapuram Kombans on a water-logged pitch in Manjeri.

Goalkeeper Michel Santos made a brilliant save to deny Alex Dos Santos from the penalty spot in first-half injury time after Autemar scored from the spot to put the Kombans ahead in the 38th minute.
The Kombans found a second goal in added time when substitute Shihad lobbed into the far corner to beat Pratheesh.
