Kerala's Joshitha V J has been selected to India's Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup squad. The event will be played in Malaysia from January 18 to February 2.

Joshitha was part of the national side that triumphed in the Under-19 Asia Cup with a 41-run win over Bangladesh in the final. She bagged a wicket in the final.
Defending champions India are placed in Group A alongside hosts Malaysia, West Indies and Sri Lanka.
India's first match is against West Indies on January 19 (Sunday). India next play Malaysia (Jan 21, Tuesday), followed by Sri Lanka (Jan 23, Thursday). All three of India's group matches will be played at 12 pm IST.
