When prime minister Narendra Modi kicked off the Swach Bharat campaign in 2014 – it won many accolades from various quarters. But this time, the praise for Modi's pet project has come from none other than one of the world's wealthiest man, Bill Gates, who seems to be awed by 'incredible' India and its PM.

Along with a picture of him riding an auto, Gates tweeted: "I try to visit India at least once a year. I'm inspired by something new every time.”

Gates goes on to elaborate the importance of PM's initiative in his blog, saying that Modi put a spotlight on a subject that most of us would rather not even think about. He backs up his praise with statistics.

This is not the first time, Bill Gates has showered praises on the Indian PM. Earlier, the Microsoft founder had termed Modi's demonetization action as a “bold move.”
