Kochi: Malayalam film director Diphan (47) passed away here on Monday. He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital here since Feburary 26.
The cremation will be held in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday.
Diphan has directed seven films including Prithviraj-starrer Puthiyamukham, D Company, Hero and Leader.
His last film, Sathya, featuring Jayaram and Roma in the lead role, is yet to be released.
