Thrissur: Milma Chairman PA Balan, 73, died on Saturday. Balan, who was one of the founding leaders of Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (Milma) had been under treatment at a private hospital in Ernakulam.
He leaves wife Vasanthi Devi (retired KSFE employee), son Ranjith Balan and daughter Reshmi Shaji.
