“Kripesh always feared that the CPI(M) leaders would kill him and he had revealed his anxiety to others on several occasions. There had been an issue between the political parties, but it was solved after discussions. A compromise was reached at the police station,” said Krishnan.

“However, when Kripesh was waylaid and murdered when he was travelling with a friend after the local festival. My son had been framed in several cases,” the distraught father told Manorama News.
