February 19: Two more suspects are nabbed - ‘Vadival’ Salim from Alappuzha and Pradeep from Kannur. Film actors and technicians meet up in Kochi in solidarity with the victim.

February 20: One more suspect arrested - Manikandan from Thammanam. The investigating team stumbles on more clues to suggest that the goons were hired to attack the actress.
February 21: The police record the statement of a Malayalam movie actor in connection with the case.
February 22: Actor Dileep rejects reports that he had been interrogated by the police. Cinema associations promise not to employ anyone with connections to criminal gangs and drug peddlers.
February 23: Main accused ‘Pulsar’ Suni and accomplice Vijeesh try to surrender before the court but the police take them into custody from the court room. The duo had jumped over the court wall to surrender without being detected by the police.
February 24: The accused remanded. The police could not recover the mobile phone supposed to have contained the visuals of the attack on the actress. Suni says he was offered Rs 50 lakh for the attack but refused to divulge details about the phone.

February 25: The chief minister rules out conspiracy behind the attack but the police tell the court that they have to probe the conspiracy angle. The actress identifies four accused. Suni and Vijeesh sent to police custody until March 8.
February 26: The chief minister denies having ruled out conspiracy. A mobile phone and computer that belonged to the accused are recovered from Coimbatore.
February 27: The Supreme Court tells Facebook managers to look into the complaints of spreading fake videos of the attack. Suni clams up on the visuals.
February 28: A naval team fishes for Suni’s mobile phone under the Bolghatty bridge off Kochi.
March 3: The police tells a court that they had to investigate the case further. The custody of the four accused extended.
March 19: Shiny, a woman close to Suni, is arrested.
June 24: More revelations. Dileep and director Nadirsha claim they had been blackmailed. A letter claiming to be the one Suni wrote to Dileep leaks out. Also a voice clip claiming to be Suni’s phone recording.
June 25: Dileep alleges that a move is on to target him and his movies.
June 26: The police arrest Vishnu, who shared a prison cell with Suni, on charges of blackmailing Dileep.
June 27: A women’s collective in cinema takes a strong stance against attempts to tarnish the image of the victim. The actress warns of legal action against those who spread false information against her.
June 28: Dileep and Nadirsha interrogated for 13 hours at the Aluva Police Club.
June 29: A crucial meeting of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) does not discuss the attack on its member. Some actors get worked up as reporters ask uncomfortable questions.

September 19: Dileep approaches Kerala HC with fifth bail, court postpones the hearing to next week
