Thiruvananthapuram: The infamous story of the cyanide murders in Kozhikode had rocked the entire South Indian state of Kerala. Six mysterious deaths over the course of 14 years, a job that didn't exist, and one alleged murderer – Jolly Joseph. The sensational story that prevails to this day is now set to be revisited in nationally-acclaimed and bestselling author Sourabh Mukherjee’s latest book ‘Death Served Cold’. The book elaborates on true crimes committed by the most notorious female murderers India has seen in the last three decades.
One of the stories includes that of the Jolly Joseph serial murder case that left villagers from Koodathayi dumbstruck. Over the years, the case received significant press coverage across India.
